I just want to say ;) wake up super early in the morning, go for a run and almost kill yourself while the sunrises and see how alive it makes you feel. And remember just keep experimenting.

I also did a 10k earlier this year for the first time and i can tell it was the best feeling. Though i couldn't feel my legs afterwords, it was worth it. Congratulations 🙌
