I admire this guy, not just for his fitness but also his personality. He is just so POSITIVE! That's a refreshing thing to see from someone. I am inspired to better myself now.

nothing wrong with letting kids see a little tv a day.. even if it's a hour. there are times where I seen little kids that are my friend's or in my family watch a show like that, and afterwards they go outside and play and pretend their the characters. make up their own adventures.. as long as you limit the time they watch tv, and even play pretend with hem as well to keep them active. it's all good.
