Can’t wait to see you turn this into a handbag! I have the Nice Mini and it’s honestly the best vanity case for my makeup (everyday and for travel). Highly recommend, if you’re also eyeing the Mini! I also live in Vancouver and I have a great SA to recommend at the LV in holts if you’re interested ☺️

Oh the mini is so nice! I was going in between the two! The mini would be great for travelling. Hmmmm...I don’t think I need both do I!? 😂The new person I was recommended, works at the LV in holts. I really like who I worked with in Toronto, so I think I’ll stay with him (and hope he doesn’t leave).

Congratulations on your new vanity bag. It's gorgeous. I'm not sure what's up with the poor service in the Vancouver LV boutiques. Most of their SAs are extremely condescending. Once I went in to the Holt Renfrew store asking to see a bag, the SA actually asked me if I really wanted to see it because it might be above my 'pay grade'. I was so shocked and angry. Right after I left the boutique, I went to Gucci and bought a bag there instead. I've not walked into an LV store or bought anything from them ever since because the whole experience has completely turned me off the brand.

thebooze123 Im sorry how badly you wear treated. Many businesses forget that consumers are the reason that they exist. I would of said thanks and demanded to see the manager and talk to the district manager. How horrible to treat a customer like that.

Wow. That is a terrible experience! I’m sorry that they were so rude and demeaning to you. That is unacceptable. Good for you for leaving, as a customer, they should be proving you with the best service! I’ve read some reviews that the LV boutique in Holts Vancouver has terrible customer service - the maddening part is I feel like LV doesn’t care. I’m lucky to have found such a great CA in Toronto.

bngr bngr I was too shocked to think properly. I didn't want to be rude so actually still thanked him for his assistance and left the store. I should have asked for the manager as that kind of behaviour is definitely not acceptable. Unfortunately, I think that's just the culture there. I have now moved on to YSL where I get treated like a value customer and served sparkling water when I go in.

thebooze123 thats common when someone discriminates against you. You are so shocked that your initial reaction does not the situation. Any brand can be exclusive with out being disrespectful to potential consumers.

LValiquette I'm glad that you're able to find a nice SA in Toronto and got the vanity case. It's so gorgeous and I kind of want one too but I just can't bring myself to go to the LV stores in Vancouver anymore. Anyway, I can't wait to see your next video on dressing up the vanity case and making it into a bag. Such a smart idea.

My SA currently isn't working either. I haven't talked to her since the end of April when she told me she left the company but may be able to come back mid-June. Still no word. I haven't contacted or tried to communicate with another SA yet. Anyway, I called customer service to preorder this Nice Nano and talked with a nice SA. Took no payment info, nothing. Thought that was weird. Bag gets released online, still no phone call, nothing. So frustrating! Oh well. Its just so cute! Congrats darling! :)

Thanks for sharing. Tell me about this type of Sales Associate. I had met one today in store. Although she help me to check the item if i can order online, but when i asked if she can give me her business card, she is dam reluctant and say oh my customer is waiting for me. If i really want, i have to wait even for her to get her name card. She must have dam many sales and don't bother even if i can get some other stuff from her. Is ok, i dont need to get her anymore. I really dont know why LV dont even bother to train their staff so well like Dior or i think they are not fit to be in Dior.

I agree with you! The need to train their staff to be more personable and polite. Sorry that you had a bad experience with one. I’ve heard great things so far about Dior’s SA’s!

I had the same experience with the LV associates at our local mall. It seems like once they got my money, I never heard from them again. Luckily I found a CA in another LV location here and she is the absolute BEST. Super responsive , never misses a beat. I refused to buy LV products from the other locations even if I really want it because I want MY CA to help me

I used to use the term SA too, but my new CA (Client Advisor), used that term to refer to himself and I realized that’s the term they like go by. 😊

Do you have an SA that could help me find a Damier Azur mini pochette Accessoires? I have had no luck, stalking the website, went to the store but there was a line that wrapped around the store of about 100 people, called the 800 number, the one women told me she would put in a request and someone would reach out to me, never heard anything so now I am reaching out to others to see if anyone could help me recommending their SA? That first SA was so lazy. If someone tells me about a new product that I don't know about. I would be embarrassed. Then I would go out of my way to find out about it and taking care of my customer.

LValiquette I usually buy leather goods from a shop in Florence, Italy. Its called Infinity Firenze, if you buy an expensive bag or just a key chain, you are made to feel like a VIP. To many companies don't value their customers.
