This video is the Part 1 of the LCD TV common issue which is related to faulty Backlight LED strip.
After troubleshooting I have found that many LED lights were not working and need to be replaced.
The second part of this series will be uploaded after I get the new LED strips from eBay.
The TV I am working on is Philips 49" LCD TV, Model # 49PFT6100/56 but the method is same for other makes and models of LCD TV.
