One of the reasons some places like a Mac Ds restaurant don't allow riders to use the loos is cause some drivers got caught taking drugs like cocaine etc. After saying they just needed to go for a quick slash lol. You learn alot about people and their secret habits as a retail security officer ;)

Really nice work ethics and editing! Here's an idea: I would love to see a small window on the side that shows a recording of the phone's screen, to understand how exactly you manage to operate 3 services without loosing your mind :) I know it's technically challenging (video size, storage and phone usability), but it might work if your phone can handle it. Just consider it, might be a good feature to see :) cheers!

From 2:50 was a sick little reflective sequence, first you had the hijabi lady walk past the in the mirror and then the plane flying past in the dash screen. The main issue I see with this system is that there isn't really being asked enough from the companies. There should literally be a mandatory "tip" of like 1£ if the driver has to wait for more than 3 minutes for the order. Let's use the 7 minutes waiting as an example - if the average you make is 12.50£ an hour - with the wait times you had here - 7min/60min = 0,116 * 12,5£ = 1,45£ in lost earnings. The restaurants often really don't care about delivery drivers (an example of this is the toilet thing you mention) - so they should pay for the services they get - and waiting is part of that service. Also people forget that sure this job is both pretty dangerous since you are driving in traffic and walking in areas which may not always be the safest - AND that you are not getting payed for your bike purchase price, service and charging.

This doesn't make sense. For example if the driver is already at the restaurant like the dark kitchen and then the order comes through. Of course it's going to take at least 5 to 10 mins to cook and pack the food.

@@noraa2635 Very easy to get around. You put on a "pickup time" which means the delivery driver can plan for it. The fact that they show up and are being asked to wait for a long time when they are not payed for their time - is INSANE! Like literally exploitation of how desperate of a situation people are in and have to do these jobs for what is already a fairly low wage - on their own transportation costs... He is talking about 70£ for 6 hours of work... I wouldn't work for that - but I appreciate people like him so I can get my food. I think they should be payed a fair wage - which this isn't! If that means my order will cost 10% more - then that's fine! It's only fair - and this "oh too bad let me take way some of your work time without paying you" is BS!!!!! On top of that- you have to work for a long time to be able to pay off a bike like the one he has - and that doesn't include the charging cost and repairs. Also It's a pretty dangerous job riding around on two wheels in traffic - not to mention the risk of getting mugged... It's some piss poor working conditions with very little reward at the end - with 0 reimbursement for risks - not to mention a job where icy and wet roads directly makes you unable to keep up with the already "not that great" salary! So yes - it make sense! PAY PEOPLE A FAIR WAGE - and YES this will mean you as the consumer will have to pay more for the service!

What a lot of people forget, this income is exclusive taxes and you don't build up retirement. As a self employed person in the netherlands, you need to earn around €45 an hour to come around and can make a decent living. (it's around 14 euro per hour if you include taxes, normal retirement and insurrances and if you want vacation days. Only students do this work here in the netherlands because of the high tips which is cash, so you don't give those numbers to the tax authorities. A lot of students don't know it and need to pay sometimes over 1000 euro on taxes which they don't have because they spend it. Causing to have money problems. earning €150 a day is not enough here in the netherlands to come around as an self employed person.
