I think those scenes were mostly hand-drawn... Though, instead of Electronica, and "Phonk" music, it's Jazz

I think they introduced the black dude with the dog to make a spin off show or something tbh. Which won't be quite the same but I thought he was pretty cool for a last minute add in character. Definitley lots of room for a really cool story with him imo.
