Vais will be incorrect because then the sentence doesn't make proper sense

Hey , ça va ? The first 3 sentences Si tu veux , je peux aller avec toi , how it is correct because you didn’t conjugate the verb into conditional present would it be si tu veux,je pourrais aller avec toi Please clear my doubt I’m little confused
