I like some of the improvements this product has over other units I've seen. Such as the Tread design. But if you get a pebble imbedded in the tread, it could cost you to repair someone's hardwood floor. Plusses and minuses to this whole concept. This unit is heavy and bulky and slow. A piano can be very top heavy if it gets a little tippy. But piano moving is hard work no matter the method.
