Seraphim is the highest ranked arch Angel literally where Lesserafim’s name comes from. The group name is the same thing just spelt different and these angels have 6 wings hence why there originally was six members each girl represents a wing. So there’s shouldn’t be surprised or a problem that they have a bunch of metaphors in there MV which ties in with their concept story

To be honest the only people offended by the church are chronically online Twitter kpoppies… the church has had multiple MVs/ movies filmed there. Movies like John wick and Spider-Man. They’ve even had a concert held there. They also got the permission from the owner of the church to film this. Wendy also just filmed her mv in a church.

Nah , I watched a lot of KZfaq reactions and ALOT of ppl were offended. Christian’s are just “chronically online Kpop Stan’s” a lot of us have a life, and are working adults that can see how this is wrong, filming a movie In a Church is completely different from this of song and mv, whether it’s a real church or not. Kpop Stan’s need to stop defending everything. I just know y’all would go crazy if it was filmed in a mosque or temple, even If they got permission. Christians are always made fun of but you touch another religion and you lose a life

The church thing turned out to actually be controversial😭 it’s not a real church but a lot of ppl were offended and ig I understand why. I grew up in church and I found it weird at first but I didn’t find it enough to hate them over

There was ALOT of controversy when this mv came out. Like literally it was everywhere on the internet and ppl were really offended. I never get offended but even I found it iffy this time, like I know y’all make fun of white ppl and Christianity but there are millions of non white christians, me being one of them. And you can see a lot of black KZfaq reactors were also criticizing the mv for this song. I don’t get the imagery and I agree with you it was a bit much, it has nothing to do with the song. I know people would be offended if it was a temple or mosque, real or not. The stans trying to defend them by saying it’s not a real church, it’s not cool to do it in a real or fake church. That’s a sacred place to a lot of ppl

So what about the video being "a bit much"? That might be of a stretch. But as your reply said to a comment here, you didn't know and still had to do more research. So what do you think about it now that you've learned more about the context? Does it still turn you off? It's totally fine, mediocre to say the least... Nothing's really offensive or anything especially after knowing that the "church" they filmed in is basically a theatrical for-rent events place just like any other studios used for filming. Many of us are Christians, I don't understand the hypersensitivity over this... it's not like other bigger productions did something else and more directly pointing to diss the church, albeit Christianity.

Actually I had not seen backlash. I wasn’t sure how I felt because I am not going to jump to conclusions without doing more research on it. Maybe you shouldn’t make assumptions about others. Learn to be positive and not spread negativity. I know I am Christian, I have nothing to prove to you. Have some respect for others and do better.
