It's only a game changer if you need it. I tagged out a few years ago With a single shot With a modified choke, shooting Winchester double x.

Great video, with great information. But the cost for TSS, almost $60 for just 5 shells, just can't bite that. I'll keep it under 40yds, more exciting shooting birds up close.

TSS is a game changer. As long as your talking true 18gcc2 TSS. Just makes lead look silly

I'll stick with my double x/Supremes I've killed stacks of birds with em. I'm also not interested in shooting past about 45 yds. The closer the better.

I recommend you look into the newer .410 options on the market. Great option for those guys that don’t like taking those longer shots and can call birds inside of 20 yards. For myself, I’m shooting the 3.5” TSS shells and can drop birds like a bag of dirt out to 70 yards. Stone Cold Dead!!! Great option when those gobblers hang up.

@@swamp_rat_fla1126 No doubt about that! But, honestly the big 2.5 oz loads are a waste of TSS. IMHO, any load over 2 oz , heck really over 1 5/8oz is just wasted.

Ifn' your not gonna shoot past 45 then you're on the right track. But like the comment below, where TSS really shines is in the "sub" gauges my 20 gauge with 1 5/8 oz of 9s is puttin 340+ pellets inside a 10" circle @ 40 yds. Folks are stoning birds with just 7/8 oz from .410 bore. To each their own. Good luck!

Can’t come to terms with the price of TSS. How much woodsmanship does it take to shoot a Turkey @ 50 -60 yds.

I totally get the lighter 20 gauge, but I wished you would’ve slipped a 3.5 TSS in that 12 gauge and see what’s up.
