Sometimes our nervous system can simply get “stuck” in depression mode. If that might be you try cold showers. Go slowly turning down shower temp by a little each day for just a few seconds, increasing time and reducing temp as your body adjusts. Not need to shock yourself and give yourself a headache! The goal is to bring down your core temp for 1-3 minutes each day. God bless! Totally works for me👍.

Hindu Born new believer in christ please pray for my faith been able to trust and learn from jesus christ but i doubt and feel alone in my family often.
