My pops was a flat tracker back in the middle 70s to the middle 80s from san jose, mostly short track on his Bultaco Astro. I've shown him some of your vintage videos and he really gets a kick out of them. Thank you for taking the time to upload stuff like this, it makes my pops' day.

These old home movies of San Jose Half Miles can be credited to two families and their friends.. First, the Hansen Brothers from Fremont, Dave Hansen and his brother Bob Hansen (cameraman). Dave Hansen was the Pro Flat Tracker (in the video), crashing the Frank Cancilla Kawasaki 500cc triple... And then family #2; is the Sonny Kenyon videos... Sonny sold Bultacos in Mountainview CA with son Alan Kenyon, the Pro Racer... Kenyon home video consisted of San Jose, Astrodome and Sacramento. Hansen Home videos consisted of San Jose, Ascot TT practice, and Oakland Indoors
