Here Maj Gen G D Bakshi tries to connect his Battlefield experiences to leadership lessons. He also talks about his approach in dealing with Terrorism in Kashmir and how he positively tried to protect the humanity in the Kashmir region.
Major General (Dr.) Gagandeep Bakshi is a retired Indian Army officer from Jammu and Kashmir Rifles. HE has been felicitated with many awards like 'Vishisht Seva Medal'. 'Sena Medal', etc. for his distinguished services. He has served 2 tenures at the Directorate General of Military Operations. He has published 24 books and over 110 papers on matters related to military and non-military.

This is just tip of the iceberg what this great man did in Jammu division when it got caught in terrorists flames in early 2000. He just saved Doda and Kishtwar for India. India's brave son, I salute to you sir and each of hundreds of soldiers under your command.

First of all, I want to salute you sir, because I am also ex service man and fought war in kargil In1971and our battalion captured all enemy posts and got battle owner which my battalion celebrates on 8th December every year as brachil day. I'm big admirer of you .you are really brave and courageous soldier and a great General of this country. You are inspiring countless youths to become patriots, honest and loyal citizens. God bless you with long life because leaders like you born very rarely. This country needs you whenever people see you on TV screen they fills with proud and your roar is like a lion is enough to threaten Pakistanis people but to Pak army also.

Needs lakhs in Old age without having any liability which hepls to be young in 70 plus age but on the same place crores of people turned Old like 80 year old in the age of 40 as they pay lakhs to these retired in 40 year age wonderful to see as he know to make talks and one who plough the field or works on it have no proper food but no one talks about He will never say that in this age Rs. 10,000/- is suffice to live no he need one lakh every month whether millions die in making the payment. What a thunder voice on cost of farmer perspired money.

Shame on TedX. Deliberately cutting in all the Talks of Maj. Gen Bakshi. I could notice similar editing in recent TedX talks of March 2020. It is high time one should boycott TEDx Talks. It is not only an insult to revered Maj Gen Bakshi but also insult to all the Indians.
