According to me situational theory suits because every day employee, technology, demand, need, etc are changing so a potential leader should be one who can take situational leads efficiently. As per situation a leader should guide and control it’s members, employee and make them ready for each upcoming situations. A better leader can lead a group well and accomplish task on time

Among children during school days.. monitor or head student in class.. who are responsible for whole class is an example of leader.. leadership is a quality of managing a group whether it's a class or sports club.. These questions, answer may be different for different person.. according to me, strategy for any education tutor or management should focus only on development of their students and providing quality education, boosting moral and making them confident enough to ask questions without fear. So here the strategy could be: 1. Need recommendations Understand your students need and what should be done to provide them quality education. 2. Findings alternatives to provide quality education In today's classes children like to be part of interactive classes, with screens, live examples and many more.. it is important to understand which way of teaching or source of providing information to students will help and attract more attention among students.. 3. Selecting alternatives Selection of interactive teacher.. resources or books.. way of teaching should be selected and managed so that those resources and way of teaching should be adopted 4. Implementing or actual work 5. Follow up In this step one should follow whether things are going according to plan or not.. if there is any motivation required than, it needs to be updated or added for the development of children.

I would argue that many of the theories can be categorized as subsets under the umbrella of the "Great Man" theory. While there are trait and situation contexts in leadership, there needs to be a born capacity or frequency to internalize it in that social construct. Also, we should be careful not to confuse leadership with management as there is a fine line between those terms.
