Riding days like these are my absolute favorite! I got to ride two days at two different mountains with my friend Roger. We spoke a few days before and we talked about the trail car wreck and he said that years ago he saw it and couldn't believe people actually rode down it. Soooo....this was a no brainer. To car wreck we went haha. I know what kind of rider Roger is and I knew he could do it if he trusted himself and his abilities. And he did just that. This was sooooo fun! I cannot wait for more days like these, this is what riding bikes is all about.

Loved Aliso Canyon! I dont know if what the names are now, but my sister and i used to ride Aliso Canyon from Tampaland to the Canyon and back to Tampa on Rinaldi in the dark with headlights. The fun was seeing the animals that we came across while riding silent and fast!

Great confidence building! I always tell the riders that get nervous about rocks and roots in the trail to look at where they want to go and never focus on the object that scares them. Great job of coaching!

Hey Heather... have you considered getting a drone? I saw a video the other day where some mtb'ers were using the new Skydio 2 and it did a great job of following them while they rode. It'd be awesome seeing another view besides the "handlebar cam." :)

Naa I have been cycling road for 16+ years and I can do 50 miles per hour on road. For maintain, the most I can go down is 5 miles per hour! I can climb fast! I tried for many years but I still can not !
