Fasting strengthens the spiritual man and weakens the flesh and its fleshly desires. We fight in the spirit; we battle the devil and his armies in the spirit, so it's fasting that gives us the spiritual strength to ward off the enemy of our souls.

Idk why but everytime janina says something from the bible or shows us a clip of her worship, i just get goosebumps and I love that feeling of being connected with everyone else through God. Thank you for inspiring us Janina💕

Grabeee I so admire your faith and relationship with God. Im 27 now and I think youre faith with God is waaay off than mine. I only started fasting 2 years ago and never fasted when I was your age even though I was a Christian already. I wish I had the same faith you had when I was your age. But oh well.
