these interviews with former hockey players no matter what level are the best; Darcy Tucker, like the others, in their stories there’s a conveyance to the listener that words can’t describe; i only played up to 18yo, i played other sports, but hockey is a game where you have to skate at a skill level, you have an objective to score goals as a team and to win all the while you have to be physical and have your head on a swivel, and you may have to fight, which is totally foreign to most people. It definitely breeds a tribal brotherhood amongst your teammates, that stays with you forever. I can’t imagine what it was like for you guys at your level…thank you for these interviews. 👍

I've been a Rangers' fan since I was a kid. But I love the sport more. I always appreciated Darcy Tucker and loved his style of play. The Rangers and many other teams sure could use some more players like him, that's for sure! Great interview!

As an Avs fan, I loved having Darcy play for us. Hearing that playing there was hard for him sucks. I mean I get it and I realize it was more leaving Toronto not going to Denver. And we weren't the same club when he got there.
