I'm a (still new) support main, but I played with friends in VC to learn the game. At one month, I knew how to leash well, what it was called, how to flash abilities, and I had preferred slots (but funny enough, didn't realize my support item was more wards, people kept asking why I was always out of wards when I had yellows, and were confused why I didn't like taking scanner, because I said then I wouldn't have the wards). I learned all the nicknames for stuff, like pinks for the control wards, because my friends used all the nicknames. They played the game back before there was a jungler, whatever year that was, so they just know a lot, and I picked it up as slang in a couple weeks. Stuff like knowing to move towards wolves while pretending to not know where they were was weird, though. It seemed like he was selectively pretending to not know things that would be obvious, if he paid enough attention to know what gromp was, and where it was at in the enemy jungle. He also did a lot of stuff without waiting to have it explained to him, but did it as it was being explained.

His movement and where he's clicking is also high elo level, must be an adc main lmao

Yeah I only started season 7 and my little brother played since season 1 and I use to watch him play and thought the game was stupid until he got me to play it and first day I played he taught me how to level by hand and play on unlocked screen. And I'm not even on english speaking server, I'm on russian one. But yeah, this Garen is definetly not that bad. The sweeping when he was running through brush he remembered every time. Quickly changed his play style when prompted. And the biggest one was dropping his ward on 4 every time not 2 or 3. He also got way to much early farm and rarely missed a cannon.

He flashed, instantly turned and hit his auto, q in the space of a second or so. Not something a new player can do with a champ they've never played.

@@DereckDotCom no, it was definitely not just a random panic flash. The direction of where he flashed and how he did it was calculated, especially because it allowed him to stay on top of Yasuo. Firstly, he knew that Yasuo's 4th Q was up, and a new player does not know how Yasuo's Q works but even if they do, they don't know how to properly track it. Sure, the animation is obvious, but a new player may still not understand that this is the indication of his 4Q. Firstly he properly tracked Yasuo's 4Q, but he did so with the intention to extend the trade. A new player would panic flash in a random direction but most likely towards their tower becase they see it as a safe zone, but he didn't flash to a random direction or towards the tower; he flashed to a bush. A bush specifically with the intention to make it more difficult for Yasuo to trade into him but he can freely trade back due to lack of vision, and it forces Yasuo into an awkward situation where he has to enter the bush in order to extend the trade. As we see, it forced Yasuo to dash away because he didn't want to fight inside the bush where has no mobility vs Garen and a difficult time stacking his Q and getting his shield back up. He also kept properly extending the trade as opposed to simply running away like a new player would. And by properly I mean that he properly used Garen's kit i.e. auto, Q, auto, E and W for good measure whenever it's down. If he simply panicked flashed to a bush, he would just stand there and be surprised over why Yasuo doesn't follow him into it.

Then he moves from that stopped position to auto attack the second minion. This indicates he used the stop key which stops the champion during non-ability/active-movement animations, like an emergency brake. That mechanic is used by players at a level beyond “brand new” as this guy claimed.

So challenger players and ppl with brains will press S key before the cs. Because it reassures the last hit.
