There is about a 45 second delay on what the audience/commentators/world see and the actual game, so that the crowd can't do things like yell "THEY ARE GOING TO PUSH TOP" ect. to help them. They had taken down the nexus on their screens and so they just cut right to the live footage of them celebrating.

If you are referring to no balance of fairness between the different champions, I disagree. When we amateurs play LoL, we "counterpick" based on the enemies champion. For example: If you pick Ezreal, I pick Caitlyn. But on this level, the counters don't really matter as the players use the champions in a completely different way. Suddenly Ezreal may counter Caitlyn because of the players strategies.
