Nice job! Loved the intro ahah. Is the compressed air in the cylinder so that the valve doesn't fall down?

Is it possibile without compressed air? Making sure the piston is in the dead top position isn't enough? that should prevent valve from falling down.

Nice work. i have a 300TD with om603. I think i have to do the same job soon as my engine seems to be using quite a bit oil. It seems like the procerude will be about the same. Ayrica ABD'den selamlar! :)

Nice video! Any more ideas about burned oil in an M102 2.0L engine? My W123 needs about 0.5L/1000km when driving at motorway speeds. I find it too much as compared with my W124, also with an M102 2L which doesn't need oil refills at all in between oil changes. There is no leak and the oil consumption increases substantially when going at higher RPMs. Head gasket? It hasn't even 200k km.

It's been a long time.. Thanks for the video. Bu arada 21 kilo tork vurdunuz doğrumu duydum? Birde genel anlamda bakım talimatlarının verildiği kitapçık linki bırakmışsınız. ''So wird's gemacht'' bu kitapın içinde acaba M102.963 motor için ayrıntılı motor tesisatı bilgisi varsa bende temin edebilirm.. Bendeki araç W124 olduğu için motor yapısı W201 ile uyuşuyor fakat W124 için detaylı bir kitap yok. Varsada içinde M102.963 için bir şema bulamamıştım.

Desteğin için ben teşekkür ederim Refik! Evet, vidaları çapraz şekilde 21 Nm ile sıktım. Kitaptaki bilgiler W201’de kullanılan tüm Motorları ele alıyor. Bilgiler genelde aynı ama Motorlar arasında fark varsa, onu belirtiyor. Bildiğim kadarıyla W124 modeli içinde bu kitaptan var. Fakat içindeki bilgiler nasıl onu bilemiyorum. Bide kitaplar Almanca. Farklı dilde var mı bilmiyor.

Hallo, ich habe auch einen 190e 1991bj 1.8benziner. Ich habe kaltstartprobleme war schon bei vielen Werkstätten bei mir in der nähe sie konnten mir leider nicht helfen. Könnte ich dich wenn möglich kontaktieren? Wäre sehr dankbar wenn du mir helfen könntest🙏
