I too don't agree with this brain drain idea. We need those skilled and energetic men and women to build our nation. Taking people to foreign countries is to destroy families. Children are being separated from their parents, and spouses from their partners. Now we export people instead of value-added products. We used to make our clothes now we import. Government should revive the cotton, sugar, coconut, cashew nut, industries and all the others which used to thrive in the 80's.
