I always wore nursing pads. They make washable/reusable ones. A 14 pack on Amazon is like $16. Worth every penny.

you're so blessed with milk! I didn't experience that with my first and 2nd pregnancy. Now I'm pregnant with my 3rd.. How I hope I'll have lots of milk too!

Haakaas helped me catch milk so I could feed it to the baby later!! The regular haakaa is good when you want to actively suction some out, and the ladybugs are a more passive one you could use for leaking like this.

@bwingbwinggwiyomi it's a silicone thing you put on that has slight suction and helps catch extra milk to use (instead of it getting wasted by leaking on your shirt). Haakaa is one of the common brands (there are a few models of haakaas - the regular kind and a ladybug style) but there are other brands that make similar types of "milk catchers"

Nipple shields can catch it and then you can pour it out into a bottle/bag! Just be careful with bending over if you have the ones with holes as then you get the same problem but it's cold!

Lordy I remember these days. Sucked cus I had to work while I was leaking embarrassing had to wear sweaters under my work uniform. They didn't have a private breast pump area 😢 had to use the bathroom.

Just wear some breast pads inside the bra. There are disposable but reusable are nice and absorbent and easy to wash. Sometimes it does get out of place though and you just gotta hide it or own it 😂

Awwh i remember that 😅😅 it gets better hehe. I used some pads as covers to change instead of needing to change the dress/cloths. AND - the BEST tip I got was to poke your nipple hard into the boob when you feel you start leaking 😂😂😂 then it stopps… its like a stop-button 😂😂

Same mama! Had to wear a bra all day and night, with washable pads inside the bras- my entire time. You are doing great! 😊 Step out of the shower, milking dripping all over the bathroom floor.

Do you wear a nursing bra during the day? If not, wear one and see if it helps. Because when you let the girls hang free, the fabric of your shirt rubs against them and could definitely trigger a letdown, causing the leaks. I only leaked if i got too full, which would be during my 4-hour stretch of sleep. I've started wearing my pumping bra to bed and stopped leaking. Target sells nursing tanks that have built-in padding, and it's pretty much all I wear during the day 😅.

Breast pads work too! I started leaking during pregnancy at 25 weeks. 31 now and the leaks are only getting worse, I can't sleep without a bra or my bed will have a nice giant wet spot😂 The pads really help absorb everything and mine are reusable too!

You can’t wear a dress… I would wear several T-shirts a day and whatever bottoms. Plan on at least 3 shirts a day plus night wear…

Oooooohhhh Etsy has really cute reusable breast pads!!! They work really well and come in cute colors and differnt sizes I have had 3 babies and I still use them (bf but not leaky) they are nice for the post bf lol
