Fantastic! My new director is having me lean trained and certified so we can implement these principles into our organization (healthcare). Facilitating my first kaizen event next week. I was so nervous prior to watching this presentation. I was so focused on the VSM, the VOC, etc. and how I would perform, but you reminded me (and showed me) to keep it simple. What a revelation. Just in time. (pun intended). Wow! I freakin' love lean!!!! So glad I came across this. Thank you kindly, sir.

I started implementing lean a year ago. My shop went from a dark messy/depressing place to a respectful bright place I'm happy to spend time in. Once I got started I couldn't stop, it's extremely rewarding on many levels. My employees are happier. As a guy I always thought who cares it's a place of work, a man's shop isn't suppose to be nice and tidy. It's so much nicer with epoxy floors, we'll lit and everything in its place. Thank you!!!

The magic part is that the record at the pit line in F1 changing the tires has been reduced almost half of the time shown in the video... Continous improvement 👏

Amazing presentation thank you so much. I'm so excited about the beginning of our lean journey that I can-t stop myself from smiling. Any tips for lean in a BIG metallurgy factory with lots of big machines/monuments and big batches?

Lean is simple yet there is not 1 book that tells you how yo do it. All of them talk about what lean is.

Check out my book, 2 Second Lean. Chapter 1 discusses What is Lean. The rest of the book discussing how to do it. And it is a quick read.
