BIG laughs at the included blooper! Love it. Loving the James Bond themed shot too. I like these more basic walkthroughs - I have 3 lights now, but so far, only ventured as far as using two.

Still have a Paul C Buff White Lightning X 3200 that has become my optical snoot's BFF. At 1320ws, it battles back against snoots appetite. And I'll add, picked up both Lighting Handbooks during the Black Friday sale, and they are great references and well worth the full price, and certainly a great bargain at half off.

2nd setup. When you use the high speed sync, does this reduce the light output (because you can't go lower than 1/128 on the flash) or is are you using it for another reason? :) Great video by the way!!

Thanks! HSS takes the energy at any power level and instead of using it for one bright pulse it divides it into a bunch of dimmer pulses so each one will go off as the image records on the sensor in a wave from bottom to top.

@@JohnGress Thank you for your response. But when you used it with the strip soft box for the side light effect, what was the intent exactly, to lessen the intensity of the light coming out from strip soft box or something I don't get ? :)
