Teacher, how to do 71+28+103?? I've been thinking how to do it for like 3 days but I still don't know how to add the '3' in 103 :( thank you Teacher you're the best!

71+28 = 99....Now you want to add 103. Now add higher denomination in 103 i.e. Add 1 earth bead in 100's place...Now you have to add 3 in one's place....the technique for +3 = -7+10, subtract -7 in one's palce and now you have to add +10 in 10's place...where beads are not available, so here you have to add again one bead in 100's place and subtract 90 in ten's palce ( it means -90+100)...Now the answer is 202. Hope you understood
