This is my favorite place to go for some hiking. Park the truck there and walk to the hole in the rock. Walk back, you can have a lunch there and go fishing. You can see all the zoo animals from the Tomb. Then they have a bike path for regular bikes and mountain bikes… There’s no homeless camping or running around so ENJOY

George W. P. Hunt, a businessman from Globe, Arizona, in December 1908 proposed a street railway for that city. That decade saw a trolley-building frenzy in which M. H. Sherman's company build a line from Phoenix to Glendale; the terminal building still exists on 58th Avenue there as part of a row of storefronts.

0:31 I would love to be the Phoenix mayor's office official historian or official historian for the entire state. To spend my days doing historical work AND getting paid for it? I mean that's the type of stuff I do for free in my own studies, hobbies and interests. I know this state from end to end and corner to corner, I know it so well. I love the history of Arizona but don't like what the valley has become. But, the history is great.
