Hello everyone, I am Dr Anita Rama Kahar, Lecturer from VSPM DC & RC, Nagpur. I am working there for more than 15 years. It’s proud that I am a student of this institute only. Recently I had completed my MBA in Health care management & HR also. I feel very happy & comfortable when I am with the students. I love teaching and I always try to incorporate new innovative ideas in it to develop an interest in learning. I always like to solve the doubts of my students. I also believe; a teacher is not only for teaching the students for their academic course but also for guiding, developing and encouraging the students in participating in the paper, poster presentation at local, state & national level which is important for their personal development. I also guide the students in conducting short research projects at UG level and many of them won the prizes at local & national level. I feel very proud & satisfied when I see the students with a smile, confidence that built-in them while doing these extracurricular activities at the UG level. During this, I also learn a lot from my students. I do take part in the various essay, paper & poster presentation at local & national level. I am also interested in researching students & patients. I have nineteen articles publications to my credit, in which two are PubMed and I have also presented fourteen paper/poster at different local/ national/international conferences. So, dear students……. Happy learning and keep on growing!!!!
