Good initiative You have spoken about 1) how kapha gets created 2) What it does to our body + ve or why it is needed 3) What are the bad effects 4) outline on how to handle Please cover the following 1) What are the elements in nature that combinedly called kapha 2) what are the goodness in +ve kapha person 3) How to identify a person with +ve kapha 4) what are they good at ? 5) where we can rely them? 6) how they respond Similarly -ve too

My age is 20 i have diagnosed blood pressure before two months now taking medicines sometimes if i check BP it's 110/72 after in other clinic it's 152 when i checking tension increase my blood tests are normal do ayurvedic medicines help in it or it will cure blood pressure please tell doctor and i also having back pain radiating from back to legs and shoulder pain after taking bp medicines.

Doctor very informative thank you.....I always have a doubt if my kids get cold whether it's bec of body heat or cold....only if we identify cause we can treat kindly help to understand whether cold r cough caused due to body become heat or cold
