This is an excellent instruction method to educate young drummers! I wish I had this type of content growing up in the 90s. And way to go tot he 20x 2002 DCI World Champions!

I love how this break being played on a non-resonant surface demanded that it be super clean. Unfortunately, it starts with Choo-choos which I need to practice more before getting this lick. 💀 I’ll go fabricate myself a plexiglass circle in the meantime. 🙃

yes the rebound is a lot different. I think thats why they changed to sticks with plastic beads.

If you ever decide to go old-school again on a video, maybe the plexi-disc snare break from BD 94? 💪🏼 I don’t think you’ll even have to look it up; I’m sure you remember which one that is.
