So I was bored, scrolling down the recommended videos, and I found the title of this vid. I had no doubts, I watched it. Let me tell you something, this is the first time in ages I was excited about learning new vocabulary in English. Some teachers made me hate the language, specially, and sadly as well, when reading texts was about. I was doing (don't know if it is the most precise verb) my career (or bachelor degree) in modern languages. Bad experiences forced me (or showed me) to change my studies; they made me realize that perhaps it wasn't my thing to become a language (english or french) teacher. And it was right, haha. I really found my world in other lands. I'm bound to finish my studies in Philosophy and Literature, I'm happy. But that's another story. The point is this project is amazing! You've awaken the part of me that used to enjoy very much while learning english. Thank you so much. That's priceless. This was the best recommendation from KZfaq, by far. All my gratitude to you. Good vibes!

It's very interesting to see how English is taught. This video is very good and will surely help a lot of people who are learning English. As a native speaker myself, this is done very well! Good luck to anyone learning English, it's hard but definitely possible to learn.

It should be emphasized that Mr. Burns speaks in a comically grandiloquent way that's reminiscent of English styles that have gone out of fashion, playing into the joke that he's older than dirt. A lot of the words and phrases he uses would never be spoken by anyone in any normal situation; the kind of things you might read in English literature from 100 or so years ago. So "advanced" is an understatement for the difficulty here. For example, as a native speaker, this is the only occurrence of the phrase "wallow in my own crapulence" I've ever come across, let alone the word "crapulence" itself.

@CalebJust because you are a native speaker it doesn't mean you know all the grammar of your language. In fact, English learners can get a little bit more grammar than native speaker. What's your advantage? You have got the accent and the context about English. Keep mind that man!

Come on, everyone knows "drop it" from the movies, I think it was unnecessary to explain, but for instance "wollow in my own crapulence" worth mentioning, in my opinion.
