For the people who want to know, words like danke schön (as what I believe) doesn’t mean your welcome. Gern geschehen means you’re welcome to what I know.

Entschuldigung is kinda informal way of saying sorry or excuse me. On the other hand, Entschuldigen Sie is more formal way of saying excuse me or sorry. ☺️ Bitte schön! :))
