This Tutorial teaches how to do the backspin which is a basic power move. I 1st learned this move when I was practicing the martial art kick "the crescent kick" on the ground which eventually lead me to spinning. This move requires a whole lot of form so pay attention to details to get the maximum spin. Practice it in slow motion! Enjoy!

Hey Vincani! I just wanted to say I like your teaching style! You're straight to the point, and you seem to leave your personal views out of the teaching, which I think is great. I'm a violin teacher myself, and I think your method of breaking it down- and remembering to say "practice slowly!!" at the end of the video!- is excellent =). Thanks so much for making these videos!

@mychey91 Umm which hand do you feel is stronger? eventually you should piolit and cricket on both hands so get that down before you attempt windmills. Which ever you feel is stronger use that arm and the opposite leg to kick

Thanks for this video! I actually learned how to windmill before I learned how to do quality backspins, so I found I was always off balance when doing backspins. Your explanation about symmetry made so much sense and pretty much instantly fixed my problem!

Excellent video bro. Wish I could go back in time 35 yrs. I believe break dancers make the best martial artists. They got serious moves that martial artists don't have. If I could only go back in time. Excellent video bro. 👍
