I don,t agree with your version. How can you give if you have not got it. You have to put yourself first,then you have plenty to give. You have to love yourself first to have enough love to give others.If charity was first no one would have anything to give. God helps those who helps themselves, you can be down on your luck and hope someone will help you ,someone may help but you will remain in that position if you don,t change your situation by taking some kind of action,you can not always rely on others being there for you. ❤️🕯️

Example: You can say you want to be happy or successful but yet your always depressed or angry and always complaining how nothing ever goes right for you. More bad things seem to come your way instead but really it's because your inner energy that your putting out is of a lower negative energy/frequency so it attracts the same low frequency to come towards you. Alternatively The Samaritans to discuss situation with your neighbours just as you have documented here..My personal advice to you is continue to be kind without condition or expectation from neighbours. Channel your attention into activities you love be it gardening, learning new skill or just spending a day at your local library. Instead of worrying about your neighbours all day/night. Drop those thoughts. You will be happier just being yourself. Do what you love. Your neighbours will then change for the better. You are the creator of your own unhapiness by constantly focussing on your neighbours. If you need help...ask them...don't assume they know what you need. They probably have deeper worries but too embarrased to discuss/share with you. Have home visits with church missionaries this will help you to..take your attention off your neighbour otherwise you will be miserable day by day.
