Armored cable should also be earthed.

Yes Armour earthed at Panel side where cable has glanded and terminated

Just be careful with that Stanley knife. Cut away from yourself whenever possible. Get yourself a junior hacksaw or a proper armoured cable stripper. Not seen 3phase loop in/out at columns in UK. Not easy dressing in 4 cores on what looked like a freezing day.

Agreed, its very hard to terminate and looping this big size of cable but this is the standard of this country which we have to follow.
