Any quaternary ammonium options that can offer u anti static effects will do . Eg POLYQUATERNIUM -37

Most or all preservatives causes cancer. I recommend that if you are selling direct to the consumers directly,not to put it. But if you're going to store it for along time before selling then you can put it.

U can use sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate. They used in fruit juices and drinks
