The guitar is tuned down from E standard to Eb Standard. A C shape chord then produces a B sound. Not sure why he didn't mention that important tidbit.

Brad this is so great to have the artist show how to play the song. All other you tubes show a capo on 4th. Can you post chord progressions you play without capo here. Seems E Dm C G but I think an Fm in there too?

You probably figured it out by now but the chord progressions that he plays for the pre-chorus are: Em , Fmaj7 , G followed by chorus: C, Dm, C, Dm and then another C, Dm during the faster strumming, then back to the verse. Note: on the very first C he leaves his pinky on the bottom string when moving down from G (likely doesn't hit it) but all other C to Dm motions his pinky is not on any string.

Thanks for the demo, Brad. Do you tune your guitars down to get the key of B because on the live shows the band is playing a C chord to start but the song is in B.
