how do i remove the white hook under the taillight does it just come off or do i have to remove the lights ?

Hello and the tow hook just pops off. You can get a plastic panel removal tool to pry it out, pop out from behind or use a small flat-head screwdriver wrapped in something soft (as to not damage the paint). Thanks for watching!

My bumper droops down at the joint. How do I fix this? The gap between the bumper cover and the quarter panel looks bad due to a minor bump the bumper took.

You try changing out the bracket? Sometimes it’s gets worn out
