Hey Signers! Today we're learning how to sign common places around the town in American Sign Language. Kate is joining me too! These are common signs that you'll end up using in every day ASL conversations. Watch all the way to the end because we're going to put these signs into sentences that you can begin using today.

I am enjoying learning ASL from different presenters/teachers because they all seem to add different bits of information. In this video I learned the new words of course, but also about the shoulder shift and the clawed hand showing relative location. Also, additional examples of ASL sentence structure. Thanks! I have subscribed and will enjoy learning from more of your videos. :)

@3:20 It looks like the sign for police station and police officer are the same. Is that the case? How would you make the sentence: "A police officer works at a police station."
