Love the beginner videos. Haven't been able to keep the hoop up yet but getting good exercise picking it up off the ground - LOL. Will be so excited when I finally get it! BTW - When I click on FREEBIE link mentioned in the video it goes to "Page Not Found".

I practiced this without the hoop, just to get some muscle memory involved, but I wonder if that’s a good idea?

what size hoop is this? I ordered a regular 38 inches, but it seems so large. I am 5'2 165 libs.

I'm honestly not sure what size hoop we filmed this with. If the hoop you have seems large, I would suggest a 36", it will fit your height a bit better. Large hoops can be really nice and therapeutic thought too. It's really easy to keep it going around your waist and because if it's additional "pull" it will do wonders for getting the blood flowing and giving your internal organs a nice detoxifying massage.
