Thanks for these tutorials! In the last example with coloring the shirt, doesn't it make sense to first create a mask with Mocha (including the headphone cables as a false mask)?

I always like to work big to small. I do the stuff that is faster/easier first before working down to the smaller details. Keying takes less time to do than masking, so I will try to get most of the work done with the key. When I see how far I can get with that, I will go to Mocha to do the cleanup. That was I am not tempted to spend too much time on fine roto work, when the key will be doing most of the heavy work. I could also have done the headphone cables there if I wanted to get detailed about it. The technique is the same as the one shown. Thanks for the great comment.

I see you're using Premier pro to achieve these effects, are you able to install Continuum in Vegas pro and if so would you have a tutorial of how you're able to install it in other software like Vegas pro for instance?

Yes it works in Vegas Pro.

It works in exactly the same way in VEGAS Pro. Apply a Continuum filter and you will see Pixel Chooser near the bottom of it. Here are some more VEGAS tutorials : borisfx.com/videos/?tags=host:VEGAS%20Pro,product:Continuum&search=

Is the ability to use Mocha shapes included with Continuum or does one need to also own Mocha?

It's built directly into Continuum. Where you see the Pixel Chooser, you have the ability to use Continuum Mocha to create shapes. You don't need Mocha Pro.

I feel like this doesn't translate well at all to Avid Media Composer. Are there common default parameters in Avid that are that would interrupt this workflow?

answered my own question - it appears pixel chooser is nested within the parameters of "Prism" and does not need "BCC PIxel Chooser" to be dropped on top of that

Yes. PixelChooser is a part of almost all of the Continuum effects and you'll find it as a module. Which indeed you did :D Thanks for popping back and updating.
