I bought magic marble but by the time you add 2 colours and go to swirl it already dried up and attaches to the stick in one go 🤷‍♂️ do these paints do that too? It appears from the video you have a longer time

Yes, you can use this technique to dip a guitar into the water-marbling pattern and have the paint cover it. Please test how the paint adheres to the guitar surface by testing on a small area first. Thank you for your question. If you are using DecoArt Water Marbling Acrylics to paint your guitar surface, this is what we recommend. Prepping the surface: Surfaces can be dipped as long as the surface has been prepared using DecoArt Surface Prep. Mix the easy to use Surface Prep powder with water. Brush it on or spritz on the solution to your surface to prep it for water marbling. This helps our Water Marbling Acrylics stick to surfaces, allowing for better transference. Use this to prep surfaces like silk scarves, canvas, fabric shoes, and more! Prepping the dye bath - by putting DecoArt’s Water Marbling Magic Medium in a basin of water you can then use our Water Marbling Acrylics to create delicate and unique designs directly on the water’s surface. Hi Sidra! Thanks for the question. We have a product called Water Marbling Magic Medium that you mix into the water to create 'size'.
