This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate students who might have learnt few tricks here and there by watching my KZfaq tutorials or other Hoopers.
This is a course where I intend to take you on a foundational ride and help you with tips and tricks on how you can hoop with the right techniques/foundations that would help you learn any trick faster and get alignment with your physical, mental, emotional and energy body!
I have taught myself to learn many a tricks and props and I take huge pride in saying that I can teach anyone how to hula hoop with 100% confidence as I have developed this course after years of practise and lessons and by teaching people with different body types and people with varied medical conditions, age and inhibitions.
