Learning Korean is learning Korean culture. If you learn seemile Korean, you will understand Kpop lyrics without translation, and you will be able to watch Korean dramas and movies without subtitles. I understand and feel the songs of the Bulletproof Boys (BTS). Start learning with Korean with "seemile Korean".
The "seemile Team" also released app to learn Chinese (Mandarin).
→ "seemile Chinese" app android play.google.co...
→ "seemile Chinese" iPhone(iPad) app itunes.apple.c...

i started learning Korean last month and I was so discouraged. It was hard to process because of my native language thinking got in the way. Now i can understand better than before. You really have to pretend Korean is your first language and have Korean around you at all times. I was amazed on how I can pick up words and phrases and process them mentally. If you are just beginning don't be discouraged. Learning a new language is like being in elementary all over again. Practice makes perfect. Stay committed

16:14 '저기' is used as a meaning 'over there' but the listener is here together with the speaker, and '거기' is used as a meaning 'over there' but when the listener also is 'over there' also. '거기 ' means where the listener is over there.

Strictly Speaking, '이/가' is a subject particle and '은/는' is the subsidiary particle . subsidiary particle makes the noun subject and adds some more various restricting meanings to it. One of the meanings of ' 은/는' is 'As for ~'. The sentence '나는 학생입니다. ' is 'As for me, I'm a student.' 내가 사과를 먹었다. is ' I ate the apple' or Who ate the apple is me. But the sentence '나는 사과를 먹는다' is 'I usually eat apples.' In this case, the added subsidiary meaning is 'usually do'

The difference between "저기" and "거기" ... "저기" and "거기" means over there.. but "저기" is used when the hearer is near speaker, and the place is over there. "거기" is used the hearer is also over there and the place over there..

The difference between "은/는" and "이/가" is.... when "은/는" is used. the sentence is focused on SUBJECT and "이/가" on VERB so usually if "은/는" used the sentence gives you an information on SUBJECT's taste, properties, location information..... but not exact.... many exceptions... "이/가" is for .. just situation description.. "은/는" is for explanation of the characteristics or information on the SUBJECT
@cjchoi9410
@cjchoi9410 9 жыл бұрын
+Cj Choi but interrogative sentence '이/가' is usually used even when it is on SUBJECT "누가 사과를 먹었나? " "내가 사과를 먹었다" These are sentences focusing on the SUBJECT "누구", "내" but "이/가" is used...

We should use usually "제 이름은" instead of "제 이름이" ... because the sentence is about very important information on me.. but you can say " 제 이름이 잘못되었네요" which means the writing of my name on sheet is wrong.. this is about a situation .. So it is no problem.. It is not on me, but on the situation

@cjchoi9410
@cjchoi9410 9 жыл бұрын
+鍾家偉 / '가방이 있습니다.' it's a sentence for describing the situation. .. There is a bag... When '가방은 있습니다" is used.. the meaning is not for description. but for the information on bag.. usually it implies the meaning. whether other things exists. I don't know. but. only on bag... it does exist... I know.... So it is an information on bag..

Now I can read Korean and sing too thanks to teacher Jenny😘( it may takes time based on how often you learn ,like me I got many free time but still it takes time, I have my own notebook for Korean language 🤗you must write and practice to speak a lot:). That's all for now, love you teacher😍. For the beginner, I adviced you to write in a book and practise reading a lot ok?🤗 good luck💜💖 edited:love from malaysia/ love from an army

i just discovered these videos and I love them. I like that you explain different grammar lessons in one video. For exmaple in this one we learned about location, there is/are/isn't/aren't and subject particles and it's very encouraging because by half of the video I could understand those sentences and translate them correctly. You make me feel that I learned and actually moved forward. I know these videos are old but thank you. I am making a bridge from spanish to english to get to the korean because it's hard to find spanish-korean material and this fit me so good. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing these videos, I really enjoy your teaching, its very clear. 👍 The only thing I found difficult is Korean pronunciation. I wish you could give more time to pronounce words in Korean instead of English. Thanks
