Great video! BTW, if y'all wanna know more... 0:23 the informal, friendly form is "annyeong." "Annyeonghaseyo" is not formal persay, just a little more polite. 0:46 the romanized version, "hana dul ses" is just a LITTLE off-- it'd be more like "hana dul set" because when the bottom of a syllable ends in ㅅ, it makes a "t" sound, even though ㅅ usually makes an "s" sound. 2:19 "Gi-yeop-da" is a very informal, kind of quirky, cute-sy way of saying cute, or for saying that/it is cute. "Gee-o-woh-yo" is like saying "that/you/whatever is cute," and is kind of the standard for of saying it. "gee-o-woh" is more informal than "gee-o-woh-yo," but they're pretty much interchangeable. 2:59 "saranghaeyo" is also another way of saying I love you, but it's more formal. 4:02 "pali" should probably be romanized as "bali." (Two ㅂ's make a B sound, one makes halfway between a B and a P, and then ㅍ makes a soft P sound.) This was all too much information, but whatever. Seeing this video makes my half Korean ass happy :D

KStar My friend, welcome to the absolute fuckery of the 2 Korean number systems. Both the app and the video are correct, but the app is using the Chinese-originated version of the Korean number system and the video is using the native Korean one. I think both are used pretty much just as often in Korea though. Each ststem is used for different grammatical things. Don't mean to correct you, but it means both. It means stop and don't. Like for example if you say "don't do that" in Korean, it is "그만 하지마" or geuman hajima

This is cute thanks! But the first thing to learn is that Hangul does not mean “Korean words” or “Korean Language.” It means “Korean alphabet.” The word you want to use is Hangugeo. Hangugeo is written with Hangul, like English is written with the alphabet.

What a great idea! 💜 Just a little correction for ‘three’ in Korean: It’s 셋 which sounds like ‘set’ 하나 -> hana 둘-> dul / fool 셋-> set /sed (‘s’ sounds much softer) Anyway, lovely video! 💜

No, it absolutely is NOT. Just to 'notify'' (eyeroll). It is spelled 빠리. There are no real rules for romanizing Korean, none. But the double ㅃ in 빠리 makes it clear that the sound is closer to an English 'p' than an English 'b.' I've seen all kinds of ridiculous romanizations, but this is the first time I've seen 'bba lee' in my life.

겟~when “ㅅ” is in the bottom you will pronounce it as “ T “ that’s the rule in Korean batchim so it’s definitely Hana dul SET

I don’t know Korean well but 진짜 actually means a somewhat of both “really” and “serious/seriously” But at the same time both could work in translation.
