I remember when the Map of the Soul concert tour got cancelled we got refunds, but also a cool thing they did although they couldn't guarantee our seats everyone still got a special code to join the presale and they released a lot of tickets so that everyone who got a ticket before would definitely have a chance to get one using the code cause they had like 3 times the ticketing opened. It was 1st day map of the soul presale, 2nd day army membership presale, and 3rd then it was general presale. Another thing I found amazing is that a lot of armys ended up using their refund ticket money and donating it specifically to people who needed the covid vaccine and didn't have access to it. This made huge headlines cause as I mentioned earlier a lot of armys collectively donated their refunds during the beginning of the pandemic it was really amazing and heartwarming and as a army I was proud 💜

They also needed to root themselves in American market. Also they were only group making profit for the company. It was also a year they were reconsidering contracts and thanks to that joint effort that helped them through they signed second contract with much bigger benefits and they only had #1 albums and top 10 songs then. Bow imagine what kind of contracts they have now?! After 8(6 group and 2 solo) #1 songs, 5 grammy noms? Also they still make like 60% of revenues for Hybe despite all other artists
