Hear me out- only do these layers if you know what you're doing. Don't attempt to do these on very thick hair and don't use this to try and correct a cut from earlier because you'll just end up leaving your client with really short bits of hair sticking out. This guy in the video is a professional and is doing it how it should be done.

Reminds me of a haircut we did in high styling hairdressing school in 1973, but the front was shorter. LOVE this shape. Please add the narration if you're able... seems it would be most helpful as to why and why not regarding holding and angle. Thanks for your vids!
