я и слышала, и живу в нём с первого года рождения, и сама чуть не ослепла от этого метеорита, а потом полгода сжималась от звуков реактивных самолётов, потому что казалось, что сейчас снова последует тот взрыв.

Your idea seems good to me. I formerly had a Russian penpal, a composer and pianist...who achieved to learn French by herself, just by watching movies. As I was fond of classical music myself, she decided to send me letters of Scriabin, written in a perfect Russian language, in order to train me to translate and memorize. And it was so pleasant to do it. And it has been working. But the exchange stopped quickly due to her hard way of life ( living abroad and having to work hard. Maybe I was not the guy she needed to exchange : she was about to be a professional musician. I'm not.

0:11, Yaroslava, why not use an overhead boom for your mic, you'll get excellent audio, especially with the Røde mic, and it will be out of sight of the camera.

@Visionery1 Rode mics are a sort of status symbol or symbol of office for KZfaqrs...kinda like some physicians still wear stethoscopes even tho' they don't use them anymore.

Yes, I understand, the problem is the stand it being too long, so I can't put it on the table (to be in front of me), and I simply don't have another stand lol. I always film while sitting on the table, and they are always huge. I don't really mind it being in the frame though

@@mitchyoung93 It is not that far from truth, tbh the mic is my boyfriend's and I use it because that's the mic we lol. Also, I am that person to whom "медведь на ухо наступил" (the bear stepped on my ear), which means I don't hear any difference in mic/settings/etc. I used to record audio on my old phone, and it was way easier for me :) sadly i don't have it anymore

TFW your Russian is not good enough yet to use this as comprehensible input. I will be there soon though, because I am about to break the world record for the shortest time taken for an anglophone to learn Russian. Then I plan on becoming a double agent for the Kremlin.
