I think its best you import from excel to SPSS like he did in the video. I am doing the same as i have a 500 sample size and was struggling to have to add it all on SPSS until i watched the video

Sir what is meant by F value in ANOVA and t value in coefficients? In my research F value is 5.499 and t value is 71.796 for constant and 2.345 for independent variable

T value is mostly used during the t tests when the variance is unknown and N value is small, while the F value is used during the ANOVA to determine the significance of a statistic. F value explains the explained mean to unexplained means
