In this tutorial I breakdown the matrix, which are basically moving toe flares. This move is great to learn because its a really smooth transition and will help if you want to learn the grapevine. Have fun!

The spin you started at 8:50, that you didn't like. I see that transition to a different spin. How do you do THAT one?

That's the corkscrew spin as far as I can tell. He transitions from a toe flare into a corkscrew spin perfectly after 13:07.

So if you can do the grape vine this should be a cake walk ?

I know this is an old comment, but the answer is no, you can get by for grapevine with much less angle strength, while this move forces you to hold the position much longer.

@@liliana.6053 so I’ve noticed. I can get half to 3/4 of a rotation as it is now. Sometimes a full rotation but working on it.

Was wondering if youd get on tik tok ever? I feel like if you upload some freestyles to the viral songs on tik tok that would go viraaaal. tik tok is the place for dance for sure and i bet itd even get people more interested in roller skating. i come from a town where ive got the only rink out of like three counties lol and its kind of dead. but i really want to learn how to freestyle better to dance to music in the rink cus i love to vibe! love your videos btw!
