This is the good stuff. More production tutorials like this would be very welcome, from both of you frankly. Andrew is always doing demos for his ISW stuff, but more generic production techniques vids would certainly be welcome! Not gunna lie, I miss the old days when he streamed, so these types of videos are a decent replacement, and having you pick up the torch with him wearing so many hats now, is also great!

Thank you for this. Amazing examples, e amazing vocals and very clear explanation. Quick question; when using the compressor, do you bus all the vocal stacks to a single channel and apply the compressor there or you apply a single compressor to each individual channel?

Glad you enjoyed it! Usually, we have the lead vocal on its own channel (with its own effects, including compressor), harmony on its own channel, and pop stacks on their own channel. So, three channels in total, even if the pop stack has many voices.

have you tried the new plugin alliance reverb called tails. its made with the artist BT, whos a brilliant producer of electronic music, plugin has 4 different algorithms to choose and the deep specially sounds SSSSSO good on vocals. give it a go. i promise you wont be disapointed
